Spicy Vegetable Samosas
Spicy Veggie Samosas are baked to crispy perfection! Way easier to make than traditional samosas. Look for vegan egg/spring roll wrappers in Asian markets and specialty food stores.
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Green peas, fresh or frozen and thawed
1 Onion, medium fine
1 Optional - 1 or more red or green chili peppers, fine

2 Red bell peppers, medium
Baking & Spices
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Curry powder, red or yellow
1 tsp Garam masala
1/4 tsp Paprika, smoked
1 Scant 1/8 tsp - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
